WAITE & SEA
A sushi bar experience with Chef Davin Waite.
We are taking it to the private sector… Waite and Sea is now available to book as a private event. Waite & Sea is a 12+ course, up-close sushi experience with Chef Davin—equal parts food lab, storytelling session, and culinary mischief.
After opening and closing a handful of restaurants over the last decade, Davin and Jess realized what they missed most: the small room, the conversation, the spark that happens when the food, the people, and the stories all collide. Waite & Sea is that, reborn.
Expect creativity, reverence, a few curveballs, and maybe a soapbox moment or two about sustainability and the future of food.
$175 per guest | $50 optional wine pairing (10 person minimum booking. Book onsite Monday or Tuesday, or at a venue or your choice any night of the week.)
COOKING CLASSES + DEMOS
These chef-led classes dig into the stuff we care about: real food, zero waste, bold flavor, and local ingredients that actually taste like something. Learn how to make restaurant-level dishes at home. Great for parties and corporate events.

BACK PATIO RENTAL
For an evening rental of the back patio, we require a $1,600 food & beverage minimum before tax and gratuity (20% large party gratuity). This amount is fully applied toward your food and beverage selections and simply ensures we can staff and operate the space just for your group.
How it works
To reserve the space, we collect the $1,600 minimum as a flat fee to secure your date. From there, we’ll collaborate with you to plan the flow of your event and can even create a custom preset menu if you’d like. At the end of the evening, you’ll settle the remaining balance for tax and gratuity, plus any additional food and beverage charges beyond the $1,600 minimum.
