Jessica Waite is an entrepreneur, sustainability advocate, and regenerative business strategist who believes hospitality can be a powerful force for positive change. She earned her MBA in General Management from Pepperdine University and continues her studies in circular economy and sustainable business practice .
Together with her husband and business partner, Chef Davin Waite, Jessica has spent more than a decade creating hospitality concepts that challenge convention. She is the co-founder of Wrench & Rodent Seabasstropub, The Plot, Shoots Fish + Beer, and the founder of The Plot Garden Project, a nonprofit dedicated to connecting people with healthy food, sustainable growing practices, and community through urban agriculture and education.
Beyond her own ventures, Jessica serves as President of Berry Good Food Foundation and sits on the board of One Kitchen Collaborative, where she works to strengthen regional food systems, support local farmers and producers, and expand access to responsibly sourced food.
