Some nights are just made for rolls.

A staple of our menu with some of our all-time favorites including: The Hedgehog with seared yellowtail, garlic + truffle oil, the Dragonfly with albacore + garlic chili, and the Del Mar loaded with shrimp tempura, krab, tuna, avo + jalapeño… just to name a few.

They’re great for sharing with the table, or keeping all to yourself (we won’t judge), and every now and then our chefs like to play around with something new. You never know what might make an appearance!
